7-Day Refund Window
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if there are verified host issues or downtime affecting your service. Refund requests outside this window or without qualifying issues will not be processed.
What Qualifies
- Documented server downtime verified by our monitoring systems
- Persistent connectivity issues that we are unable to resolve
- Service not provisioned as described at the time of purchase
What Does Not Qualify
- Change of mind after purchase
- Service was purchased but not used
- Found an alternative provider
- Issues caused by user error or misconfiguration
How to Request a Refund

Credit Refunds
Credits added to your Underkart wallet are non-refundable. However, credits never expire and can be used toward any service at any time.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
