By using Underkart ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. Underkart provides web hosting and deployment services on dedicated hardware.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

Underkart uses a credit-based billing system. Credits are non-refundable once applied. Services are billed per billing cycle selected at purchase.

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, spam, crypto mining, or any activity that degrades service for other users.

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be permanently deleted. No refunds are issued for unused time.

Underkart is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service.
